The restaurant opened its doors on May 23, by Don Antonio Pérez Molina “Perete” father of the current administrator Antonio Agustín Péres Planelles. The initial name of the restaurant was “Restaurante Náutico” until the beginning of 1968, when it was renamed “Dársena”.
At the end of the 70s, Perete’s son joined the company, carrying out a complete remodeling of the establishment in November 1983. By then the kitchen reinforces its specialty in rice creating a new concept of rice.
On Christmas 1989, “Perete” died, leaving his son Antonio in charge of the family business, among other catering companies as well.
Its culinary offer offers the most representative dishes of our Levantine cuisine where its rice dishes are the main asset of the restaurant together with a special offer of fish and shellfish brought daily from the nearest markets. Its tradition and its permanent updating to the new times in all its facets of service, cuisine and customer service, merge and combine in a heterogeneous influx of diners.
