The event also encourages the Dársena team to innovate and present their advances to clients and professionals, forcing them to improve day by day.

The Symposium is a challenge that extends beyond the region, looking for those who have stood out for caring, studying, deepening or innovating around rice. In addition, it is an opportunity to leave routines behind and ask ourselves the why of things. In summary, the Dársena Rice Symposium is an engine for constant improvement, which Dársena shares with the world.

RICE EXPERTS

Learn the secret of the best rice in Alicante at the Dársena Restaurant Rice School! Workshops led by our rice chefs with all their knowledge and recipes at your disposal. Cook with us!

RICE SCHOOL

Only for private groups of at least 10 people.

FRIDAY

7:30 p.m.: reception of participants, visit to the facilities, presentation of the chef.

8:00-9:00 p.m.: Preparation of the recipe on our terrace. In the event that the weather is not suitable, it will take place in an adjoining location.

9:30 p.m.: Tasting and tasting of rice made with a glass of cava in our restaurant.v You can bring a companion to share the rice.

Price per person and workshop: €45 VAT included (except special rice dishes)

Minimum: group of 10 people
